Day 5

Day 5: God Remembers His Promise
Reading: Psalm 103:8-14

Devotional: When we repent, God remembers—not our sins, but His promises. He remembers His covenant love, His compassion, His commitment to forgive. The psalmist declares that God removes our transgressions as far as east is from west. He doesn't treat us as our sins deserve because He remembers who He is: slow to anger, abounding in love. The same promise spoken to the thief echoes to you: God will remember you. Not your worst moments, but His best promises. Not your failures, but His faithfulness. You are the one He loves, the one He made, the one for whom paradise stands open.

Reflection: How does knowing God "remembers" His promises rather than your sins change how you approach Him today?
