About the Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s message of love and hope for all people. The Bible is the true and inspired word of God. It’s where we learn the truth about how we are saved from our sin and can have a relationship with God through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.

About God
We believe there is one true God. God is three separate but equal persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
God the Father is the creator of the universe and of each of us. God the Son is Jesus Christ. Jesus lived a perfect life on earth, died a death he did not deserve and came back to life. Jesus restored the relationship between God and creation that was broken by sin. The Holy Spirit calls us to believe in Jesus Christ as our savior, sustains our faith and helps us live Christian lives.

About Ourselves
We believe that all people are born full of sin. Sin is everything we think, say, do and don’t do that is outside of God’s will for our lives. Our sins separate us from God.
To be close to God, we have to be perfect and perfectly follow him. When we don’t, the punishment is death and eternal separation from him.
But God is a loving God who wants a relationship with us and his creation. That’s why he sent his son, Jesus, to live the perfect life we cannot and be our substitute. Jesus never sinned, but he suffered our punishment anyway by dying on a cross in our place.
Having taken the punishment we deserve, Jesus came back to life. Because Jesus rose from the dead, everyone who believes in Jesus as their savior will live forever with God in heaven.
We rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to strengthen our faith in Jesus our savior and to help us live lives that point others to Jesus.
