Day 1

Day 1: The Power of "Remember Me"
Reading: Luke 23:39-43

Devotional: The thief on the cross uttered one of Scripture's most profound prayers: "Jesus, remember me." In his final moments, stripped of dignity and hope, he recognized who hung beside him. This wasn't a bargaining prayer or a theological dissertation—just a desperate plea for grace. His prayer teaches us that repentance doesn't require eloquence, only honesty. When we come to God acknowledging our brokenness, we discover He's already there, waiting to respond with love. Today, consider what keeps you from simply asking Jesus to remember you. Your past doesn't disqualify you; your honesty qualifies you for His mercy.

Reflection: What would it look like for you to pray "remember me" today without excuses or justifications?
