Day 3: A House of Prayer for All Nations
Reading: Isaiah 56:1-8
Devotional: God declares through Isaiah, "My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations." From the beginning, God's plan included everyone—not just the insiders, but the outsiders, the foreigners, the excluded. The temple was never meant to be exclusive; it was designed as a gathering place where all humanity could encounter the living God. Today, we are that temple. Paul tells us our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. If God dwells in us, then we must be places where everyone can encounter His presence. Are you a "house of prayer for all nations," or have you become exclusive, comfortable only with people who look, think, and act like you? Ask God to expand your heart to match His—a heart that welcomes everyone into His presence.
