Day 1: The Nightmare of Hiding
Reading: Genesis 3:1-13
Devotional: Adam and Eve's first response to sin was to hide—from each other and from God. Their shame drove them to cover themselves with fig leaves and retreat into the shadows. How often do we do the same? We delete messages, hide evidence, craft careful lies—all because we fear exposure. But hiding only deepens our isolation. God's question to Adam echoes through time: "Where are you?" He wasn't asking for information; He was inviting confession. Today, consider what you've been hiding. Remember that God already knows, and He's not asking to condemn you—He's inviting you into the light where healing begins.
